THE AMG ROAD CREW PRESENTS THE IRON KY — “THE CREATOR’S CHOICE” ADVANCED RIDERS WEEKEND 2026 Get ready to Ride or Drive the MOST BADASS and Scenic Route in the U.S.! Period! The AMG Road Crew proudly brings you the FINAL AMG GROUP RIDE on the completed revised version of **THE IRON KY** right here in Central Appalachia! THIS IS FOR ADVANCED RIDERS AND DRIVERS ONLY! THE IRON KY IS NO JOKE! Over the last four years, we have expanded and evolved THE IRON KY to make it more challenging, more technical, and more unforgettable each season. Now we bring you the final completed version: THE IRON KY — “THE CREATOR’S CHOICE” \ud83d\udd25 This year’s route combines the best of all previous versions into one final Appalachian challenge featuring: Over 700 Miles 4 Central Appalachian State Lines(KY, WV, VA, and TN) 17+ Hours of Ride Time Technical Mountain Curves Epic Appalachian Mountain Scenery Uniquely Appalachian Points of Interest Red River Gorge KY Hatfield & McCoy Country Some of the Best Riding Roads in America After this year’s Annual AMG Group Ride, the completed final version of THE IRON KY will officially be added to our Interactive Map and REVER route system. After that, the only way to earn the coveted: THE IRON KY PATCH THE IRON KY DECAL will be to complete the route in LESS THAN 24 HOURS and prove it using the official guidelines on THE IRON KY Facebook Page. There are ONLY TWO WAYS to earn the Patch: Complete THE IRON KY in under 24 hours and prove it. Complete the Annual AMG Group Ride with us. The Patch cannot be bought. It must be earned. Do you have what it takes to become an Appalachian Iron Warrior? This incredible route includes sections of legendary Backroads of Appalachia Mobile Application and AMG REVER Mobile Application routes including: DragonSlayer Hwy 160 Coal Train 421 The Slingshot Ride The River Dragon Eye of the Dragon (Nada Tunnel) The Hornet Hatfield and McCoy Trails Devil’s Den WV And many more! TWO GROUPS WILL RUN THIS YEAR: TEAM ONE — ADVANCED TIME GROUP For riders and drivers attempting to set a new time record on THE IRON KY. This group will run farther ahead or at their own pace. TEAM TWO — ADVANCED SCENERY GROUP Led by the AMG Road Crew for those wanting the full experience and scenery while still maintaining the scheduled pace and checkpoints. 2-Ups are NOT recommended on this Ride. Cars, Jeeps, Bikes, Slingshots, and experienced Drivers are welcome, but this is NOT a ride for beginners.
