Red River Scramble: The Bluegrass Adventure Rally 2026

Red River Scramble is a free grassroots adventure motorcycle rally; hosted at Lago Linda Hideaway in Beattyville, Kentucky. This year’s event begins on Thursday, OCT 1st & runs until Sunday the OCT 4th. The “unofficial” start of the rally is lunch at Miguel’s Pizza on Thursday, with two full days of adventure riding to follow. Rally admission is routes, rides, and revelry; riders are responsible for making their own lodging and food arrangements. For your convenience, the Lago Linda “Country Cafe” is open during the rally. Red River Scramble is a self-guided, “Choose Your Own Adventure” motorcycle rally. Attendees are encouraged to make new friends, put groups together, and ride the great Kentucky byways. The local roads near Lago Linda are our favorite stretches of twisty pavement, and the nearby “trails” offer challenges for all skill levels (Off-road riding is NOT required Lago Linda Hideaway has multiple levels of accommodations, from fully furnished cabins, designated RV parking with power and water connections, and limited tent campsites available with 110V power, along with primitive campsites; bathroom and shower houses are also available for campers. RV Boondocking is available, but arrangements must be made with Lago Linda management. The event will be rain or shine, please plan accordingly.
