16th Annual Idaho Patriot Thunder Ride

The 16th Annual Idaho Patriot Thunder Ride is happening Sunday, June 28th, 2026. Check-in and day-of registration will be from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM, and kickstands go up at 10:00 AM. All proceeds benefit Operation Warmheart and the Idaho National Guard & Reserve Family Support Fund. We’re excited to bring this ride back for its 16th year and hope you’ll join us for a day that means so much to so many. Idaho Patriot Thunder is all about honoring our military, remembering their sacrifice, and supporting the families who stand beside them. Over the years, this ride has become a really meaningful tradition, and we’re proud to keep it going. The ride starts at High Desert Harley-Davidson in Meridian and heads out on a 55-mile escorted ride to Carl Miller Park in Mountain Home. Every year, riders from all over come together for this event, and it’s always a powerful sight seeing everyone roll out for a cause that matters. This year, we’re also excited to have High Desert Harley-Davidson hosting an after-party once the ride returns. We’ll have food trucks, vendors, live music, and the grand raffle drawings. You must be present to win, so be sure to stick around and hang out with us after the ride. We’d love to make this year the biggest one yet. Day-of schedule: 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM Sign-ins, registration, shirt sales, and 50/50 and raffle ticket sales 7:30 AM Idaho Guard breakfast while supplies last 9:00 AM Howitzer in place VIPs arrive 9:15 AM ISP and police escort arrive 9:25 AM Honor Guard in place 9:28 AM Posting of the Colors 9:29 AM National Anthem 9:30 AM WWII flyover, south to north VIP comments 9:40 AM Wreath presentations to the 366th Fighter Wing and the Idaho Guard 9:45 AM Safety briefing 9:55 AM Riders report to motorcycles. Please do not start engines. 9:59 AM “Patriots, start your engines” 10:00 AM Howitzer shotgun start ISP and police escorts depart, followed by VIPs and riders as directed 11:15 AM Arrive at Carl Miller Park 11:45 AM Welcome remarks and first raffle drawing 12:00 PM Ride departs Mountain Home to return to High Desert Harley-Davidson 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM After-party at High Desert Harley-Davidson with music, food trucks, vendors, bike wash, boot shine, and grand raffle drawings (Must be present to win)
